Potato Bootlegs

The latest podcast. Fun (and need it not need be said not always entirely sober) times with Brian working on the spudsongs. Click on the picture of the two strange men to listen. Very happy that we will be presenting together in February for the Oxford Kids' Club Tour. Kyushu, here we come!

Classic. I think a pre-New York version of the CD needs to be released. I really enjoy that version of In the Morning. The final version does work great in class, but I don't see why ESL publishers always go with such big, intimidating voices. It's as if they say, "what can we do to take all of the soul out of this song?"

Just thinking...perhaps OUP would allow you to offer those original tracks for download to Potato Pals users...just enter in some kind of password. I know teachers and parents would appreciate having alternate versions to mix things up a little.

Did I say taking all the soul out of the songs? I, er, meant to say, er, "what can we do to take all of the soul out of this song....and give it to the children?" My comment must have gotten cut off...blogger acts up sometimes ya know...
